Brand Marketing & Design  at Zalando 03/2022-today
  • Created the strategy to integrate our diversity & inclusion values for all our digital touchpoints in collaboration with the country manager.
  • Leading the Italian and Spanish agencies to create our SoMe & influencer strategies within our Brand Values. Working together with the design team to translate the new visual identity of Zalando Lounge to SoMe.
  • Won the corporate branding competition to design the 1st logo for the Intern community at Zalando.
  • Created the radio scripts for the radio campaigns of 2023.
  • Developing and crafting creative concepts and content formats along with our creative team for the global account.
  • Built the brand ambassadors influencers crew for Spain and Italy alongside our local agencies.

UX strategy assistant at Tango°. 10/2021-02/2022

  • Collaborated within a 3 people team, doing user research forOrganon (pharma), on the different relationships that men and women have with pain. Writing and doing interviews with all doctors and patients.
  • Designed an innovative branded utility for BMW that enhanced their vision of «Sheer driving pleasure».

Design lead assistant at Komvida Kombucha.          03/2021-06/2021

  • Tackling the task of Improving habit building through its beverage under a design thinking methodology.
  • As the lead, I designed the conditions to make change with the ability to adapt and think creatively about business problems.
  • Doing interviews, safaris, and desk research. Facilitating connection plans and co-creation workshops.
  • Creating a Branding 1.0, prototyping, testing with focus groups, and crafting great storytelling for change.

Programmatic Strategy assistant at Havas 09/2019-09/2020

  • +50 both branding and performance strategies developed, for clients like: Calzedonia, Dunkin and Michelin.
  • Teaching coworkers how programmatic campaigns work. Using 6 different DSPs for activation, reporting, and campaign closure.

  • Worked alongside 2 creatives and one engineer developing ideas into experiences and products to position brands in people’s daily life’s.

From ideation to final production I learnt to use creativity as the essence of innovation and innovation as the growth engine of a company. Always putting the user in the center using agile and design thinking methodologies.

I learnt about digital strategy, media planning, social, programmatic and performance environments and to close the loop data analysis and visualization. Thus gaining a blueprint picture of how to manage a business digitally.
